Formatto’s story begins in 1995, when Luciana and Ricardo started their careers in market research. Both began as interviewers, supervisors, recruiters, and analysts at major companies in the sector. During five years of intense field experience, they gained direct exposure to different research methodologies and to the real dynamics of data collection.
It was during this period that they discovered what would become the great passion of their professional lives: understanding people and behaviors, and transforming data into strategic knowledge for companies.
