1995

Formatto’s story begins in 1995, when Luciana and Ricardo started their careers in market research. Both began as interviewers, supervisors, recruiters, and analysts at major companies in the sector. During five years of intense field experience, they gained direct exposure to different research methodologies and to the real dynamics of data collection.

It was during this period that they discovered what would become the great passion of their professional lives: understanding people and behaviors, and transforming data into strategic knowledge for companies.

2000

With the experience they had gained and a clear view of market needs, Formatto Pesquisa was born in 2000 with the goal of offering transparency, agility, quality in project execution, and competitive pricing.

Since then, the company has built a solid path in market research and data collection in Brazil, serving international institutes and companies that need to conduct studies in the Brazilian market. Throughout this journey, Formatto has built relationships with clients in different parts of the world, becoming a true extension of its international partners’ local teams in Brazil.

2010

Since 2010, Formatto has specialized exclusively in healthcare research.

2019

In 2019, the company gained even more dynamism when Pedro, Luciana and Ricardo’s son, joined the organization’s leadership team. Following the values and vision established by the founders, Pedro became technical director, taking part in strategic decisions and closely following every detail of the projects developed in the field.

This family continuity strengthens the company’s culture and ensures each study is conducted with technical rigor, dedication, and attention to detail.

Today

The company serves international clients across five continents, conducting exclusive healthcare research projects.
